Join members of the bankruptcy bar and bench for an informative monthly Chapter 11 lunch series focused on practical tips for representing debtors and other parties in Chapter 11 cases including: pre-bankruptcy strategies in representing debtors, client interview tips, and helpful forms and insights on initiating Chapter 11 cases, best practices for first day motions, how to avoid and deal with potential conflict and employment and compensation issues, negotiating cash collateral orders and borrowing order issues, finding financing and dealing with secured creditors and issues pertaining to Subchapter V. Don't miss out on the opportunity to gain knowledge about the process for initiating a case from client intake through issues arising post-confirmation.
