Learn to draft a simple will, power of attorney, and advance health care directive in preparation for volunteering at the Elder Appreciation and Wills Clinic (EAWC) on October 23, 2026, including issues unique to drafting wills for Alaska Native clients. Participation is required for EAWC volunteers without prior estate planning experience and offers a valuable overview for any attorney beginning to practice in this area.
