This session will provide guidance that sets you and your firm up to:

• Understand the emerging cybersecurity threats driven by AI, and how they impact law firms
• Take tactical steps against AI misuse 
• Enact best practices for forming a policy for your firm that ensures the safe use of AI—with a template included! 

11:40 a.m. -  AI from the Front Lines: How Attorneys and Legal Staff Use Legal AI 

     According to our latest Legal Trends Report, a whopping 79% of legal professionals are now using AI in some capacity in their practice, from speeding up research to improving client communications. But, there’s no need to take it from us.

Please check your spam or junk folders as these emails often end up there. Please note you have to fill out an affidavit for each individual webinar. Once you complete the affidavit, you will be able to download your certificate(s) of attendance and they will be emailed to you as well from mcle-clio@americanbar.org.

To qualify for credit, you must:

1. Register for the webinar (and log in live on the day/time of the session) under your own personal credentials, as we will need this to verify your proof of attendance. *Note: You should not use someone else’s registration or credentials to log in and must ensure that your name and email are registered correctly.
2. Attend the entire session live.
