Topic: Dave Shaftel, Abigail O’Connor, and Chris Lauer will be discussing
insights from this year’s 59th Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning. This open discussion will cover a potpourri of estate planning issues. During this session, we will address the latest insights on penalty clauses, business purpose trusts, trust modification, business succession issues, the role of religion in estate planning, potential changes in federal law, and potential
